With the last of three children now out of the nest, I found myself with a bit of time on my hands and decided to devote it to creating a website.  In retrospect, it probably would have been better to begin with a small niche market, but instead I chose California tourism and travel because it's a topic about which I'm naturally interested and enthusiastic.

Well, let's just say California's a BIG state... and let's add to that all I didn't know that I didn't know about things like SEO... and, yeah, I don't have so much time on my hands anymore!

I have no real complaints, though.  I like learning new things, and I look forward to sharing some of the things I've learned with my fellow Hubbers.
